Since version 1.3, there are two alternatives available of the "Standard Amiga FD-Software Copyright Note"(TM). The plain text file called "AFD-COPYRIGHT"(TM) and the HTML file named "AFD-COPYRIGHT.html"(TM).
The rules are the same, only the filename is different. The HTML files are based on the plain text files.
Both versions can be used independently. This means that the plain text does not require to include the HTML file and the HTML file does not link to the original plain file. So you don't have to include the same text twice (redundant). For the same reason, I requested you not to add more than two translations in paragraph 5d.
Please note, that every HTML file is linked to the english file "AFD-COPYRIGHT.html", since this is always to be included if you are using the HTML version.

Please do not link your manual to any file of this support site! The redirector-URL of the support site is included in any of the files, but the actual location might change ...

The term "author" refers to me, Dietmar Knoll. I originally wrote the "Standard Amiga FD-Software Copyright Note"(TM).
The term "translator" refers to a person that did one or two translations of the "Standard Amiga FD-Software Copyright Note"(TM).
The term "developer" refers to a software developer or "software author". All interested developers are invited to use the "Standard Amiga FD-Software Copyright Note"(TM) for their freely distributable software. The more developers decide to use it, the better for the concept of a standard.
The term "user" refers to any person that uses software. In this case, software that is or could become subject to the "Standard Amiga FD-Software Copyright Note"(TM).
